The design of this seating object in a public park is a response to its location: a sloping grass field surrounded by trees that is used from time to time for activities organised by charities and non profit organisations.
A series of mounting points are embedded in the surface, at regular intervals. From these mounting points temporary structures can be added to the object.
The Community Field Terrace is part of the public art project “City Dress Up : Seats．Together”, organised by the Art Promotion Office.
