The exhibition outlines the development and significance of nomadic art in Chinese culture.
Evocative ‘experience’ spaces with digital art installations alternate with intimate galleries displaying nomad artworks. Evolving colours of the galleries suggest the development of nomadic culture..
The exhibition structures relied on using existing exhibition panel system with minimal addition of showcases and plinths. All materials were recycled or reused after completion.
A companion web app gave multilingual access to extended captions and narrated content.
